Meet the Team

  • Frana Botica

I am passionate about supporting people to reach their potential and discover ways of moving forward through different phases of their professional journey.

As a supervisor my aim is to provide you with the opportunity and space to reflect on your mahi and develop skills and strategies that allow you to be more effective in your role, ensuring you have a safe space to debrief, check in and supportively manage yourself within your role.

As a qualified and experienced manager in the health and wellbeing sector, I provide people centred professional supervision that is appropriate for people from leadership through to grass roots.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Management - Otago University, Certificate of Addiction & Mental Health Supervision - ABACUS and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Sector Leadership

  • Ally Billaney

I bring diverse experiences in the health and wellbeing sector, underpinned by lived experience of mental health struggles, addiction, and domestic violence.

These experiences shape my empathetic, grounded, and culturally responsive approach to leadership and service delivery.

    During Supervision, my strengths include:

    • Building team capacity and fostering strong, values-driven team dynamics

    • Improving service delivery through reflective practice and ongoing improvement

    • Supporting the professional development of kaimahi and emerging leaders

I am passionate about walking alongside others on their professional journeys, fostering environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

  • Melanie Adamson

I provide supervision for Māori and non-Māori professionals/kaimahi working in the mental health and AOD sector. If you provide support for whanau Māori in these spaces it is vital you are doing so in a culturally responsive way that acknowledges Māori knowledge, principles and values as a form of best practice.

Rooted in personal empowerment and rangatiratanga, I provide a space where you can reflect, refine and strengthen your practice with knowledge and intent. Combining the best of western practice models with mātauranga, pūrakau and kaupapa Māori frameworks to enhance your ongoing professional development.

With a lifetime of lived experience I bring a unique perspective and an absolute commitment to supporting kaimahi to realise their potential, indigenise their practice and move with mana in these spaces.
